To, MD AVIVA Respected Sir, I Mrs. Anil Kumar Singh having a AVIVA policy no. RSG1452938. I have debited 18000 Rs in 3 installments on the following dates:- 1] 5/02/2007 ICICI Cheque No: 664484 2] 13/02/2008 ICICI Cheque No: 272160 3] 05/03/2008 ICICI Cheque No: 216635 These three cheques have been cleared. I wasn’t able to debit more cheques due to finanicial issues. I now wish to surrender my policy and it is very disappointing to see that the branch of AVIVA is making me run after them. The branch officials of AVIVA say that my signature now does not match with the signature I did few years ago. For the same I went to my ICICI branch but they said that the signature is perfectly alright. The branch officials called me on 2nd February 2016 and informed me that I would not get the money back until I get my signature changed and verified. But my ICICI bank officials say that they would not do the same as my signature has not changed. I please request you to guide me and get me out of this situation as soon as possible.
