I have taken Aviva policy no. : LLG124978 after discussion with Aviva agent / manager. They have communicated me that after 3 years you can withdraw your money any time but better to withdraw after 5 years to get better return. After 5 years when I contacted Aviva to withdraw my money because of some personal reason then they told you have to give surrender charge INR 30000/- if you would withdraw your money. This was never told to me by Aviva executive (PARVEZ ANSAR) and manager (RAKHI SHARMA). I was in personal need to so did partial withdraw and stopped paying premium.
