Aviva Life Insurance Company India — Trapped to buy an insurance policy

Dear Sir/ Madam, I, Bijender Bhardwaj, have my Policy in Aviva Life Insurance Co. in Noida Branch since 2010.I received many times calls from AVIVA life Co. since Dec. 2020. Earlier they never called me and never support me but now when my policy is going to mature next year they calls me many times. Everytime I refused their offers. In March 2021 A call came from A madam Named Janvi Rana Mob No.[protected] stated that she is a manager in Aviva Head office. She told me every detail of my policy and asked about the services provided by Aviva Co.. I told her about poor services . She assured me to help every moment and told that I have registered your complaint against the agent and given me a complaint no. CN/0279AVIVA507. After 2-3 days she again called me and told me that your agent has file a claim of commission of Rs 970645 against your policy . They will stop this claim and it will be paid to you as you yourself maintained its services. For that claim you have to buy a dummy policy of Rs.30000 to creat your own code. You will get back all amount within 15-20 days. I believed her and she sent me policy papers INDIA FIRST CO. on whatsapp of Rs 30000.She stated that this policy can not be of same company so I paid the amount online. She told me that this policy has look in period of 6 months and its only a dummy policy. I was on duty in Hisar and my residence is in Faridabad Due to lock down, it was not possible to reach home. After a month I came to home and read the Bond paper. In bond paper it was written that the policy has only 15 day look in period. I talked on customer care of India first, they replied that The policy has only 15 days look in period.When I asked Ms Janvi Rana, She again confidently told me that you dont worry about it its only a dummy policy.
Also A person Named Ankit Tyagi Mob. No.[protected] stating himself a person from GBIC told me that a file of Rs 970645 of yours has come in their office for refund but it has a problem. Your agent has claimed a file of Rs 5 Lakh for Pension against it. He told to deposit 2.5 lah or 5 lakh against it to avail all the benefits. I scare and doubtful after that statement.I refused him to pay any amount. Both Ankit Tyagi and Ms Janvi Rana statement are same but when I asked about her in Aviva Co. by mail they respond that She is not our employee.I also asked for the same in India first Co. they respond the same.
Dear Sir/ Madam, Can you please look into the matter and help to get back my Rs. 30000 as it seems a fraud. These kind of persons trapped the innocent people.Also it is frightened moment that every details of a customer are with them. This can not be done without knowledge of a company.
Dear Sir/ Madam I am not interested to buy any policy and during this Pandemic my Son also infected and in this case i overburdoned in his treatment.
I shall be highly thankful for this gesture.
