Axis Bank — After Online Fund Transfer amount was not transferred and amount reduced from my Account | |||||
I beg respectfully to state that, my name is Sumit Guha, I have an account at Axis Bank and my customer id is[protected]. Last Saturday I was transferred 7300/- to my Federal Bank account thru online. Strangely this amount was not transferred and the amount was reduced from my account. When I try to connect customer care executive they give me several reason, and confirmed my that this amount will be refunded to my axis bank account within two days. Still now I am not getting this amount. I also complaint via email to the bank. Yet not getting any reply from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
