[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank fastag not received after 2 months | |
I have applied for the fasttag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

Rs. 523 debited to my account on 24/01/2020 without my knowledge and permission, mentioning narration "ECOM PUR/GOOGLE *Minic/G.Co/Helppay#/240120/07:02". kindly look into the matter and arrange the refund for the same.

Bank was charged me without notice even i dont know what is this. bank never inform me this and they take charges. from next 2 days my home emi will debit now my balance is low who will responsible for that. take strict action against bank they cant take charge without notice or without our permission.
