[Resolved] Axis Bank — cheque clearing was not done | |||
Sir, i visited my bank branch lambra on 19th aug, 2019 to deposit my check of hdfc bank. I dropped it in the box as usual. I expected the amount to be credited on 21st aug but it wasnt transferred. I visited the branch again on 22nd to know the status of my cheque. Bank staff told me that the clearing of my cheque had done on 20th aug.in order to confirm, i called the axis bank customer care and they had no status of my cheque in their server, it means that the clearing hadnt done till 22th aug. My complaint was registered on the same day after 2-3 attempts. I didnt get any call or message from the branch or from the customer service even after my complaint. I am still waiting for my amount to be credited till today. Some of the staff, slackers try to make fool and lies to the customers. Complaint no. 54551788. Was this information helpful? | |||
