Axis Bank Ltd Rishra Branch — monthly charges deducted in spite of request to reduce minimum requirement of account balance

Hi
I had a joint savings account earlier which i wanted to convert to a single holding. My earlier minimum balance was rs 10000 but the new account was opened with rs 25000 requirement. This was without my permission or even my knowledge.
I have been charged for not maintaining the minimum balance thrice till now. I have given a written request to lower the minimum balance but the bank staff has been sitting on it for more than two months. The entire staff of rishra branch is full of incompetent employees who just know how to dupe and harass customers.
Highly disappointed and i want immediate redressal to my problem.
