I had a joint savings account earlier which i wanted to convert to a single holding. My earlier minimum balance was rs 10000 but the new account was opened with rs 25000 requirement. This was without my permission or even my knowledge.
I have been charged for not maintaining the minimum balance thrice till now. I have given a written request to lower the minimum balance but the bank staff has been sitting on it for more...

I wanted to close my salary account from the axis bank branch - rishra with account no. - [protected], name: emtiaz ahmed. So i request them to close my account as soon as possible. I have given the request form on 20.02.2016 with interest due. They told me that my account will be closed within 1 month from the date of form submission. But still my account is not get closed.
