[Resolved] Axis Bank — Refusing to refund my money | |||
Hi i am varun .. This issue is since 2011.. When i purchaseed 4 tickets through airasia .. I had purchased tickets from airasia company in the year 2011 somewhere in september october ... Due to some reason they terminated there services ... And committed me to refund full amount in my debit card no.[protected]... During this period no amount was credited in my account ... I had a talk with there executives to which they told me they had transacted amount of 11284/- on 12th sep 2012 ... I checked my statement but no such amount was reflected in my statement ... And for that i had a long argument with them that where my money lost if i havnt recd such amount, its been more than 2-3 years now that i have been talking to airasia and axis bank as well to look into this matter seriously ... Meanwhile airasia gave transaction id (74365672256085009600026) for this and told me to check with your bank ...axis bank sent me mail in which they told me to submitt customer dispute form ... And many other things .. In return bank also sent mail in which they mention they wont handle matter after 120 days of transaction ..Both the parties bank as well as aviation company just wasted my time and money ... Finally i want my money i.e 11284/- back .. Whether its with axis bank or airasia Attaching some images of mails sent by my me and received by from bank and airasia I need you to please look into this matter very seriously Thanks and regards Varun rohira [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
