Axis Bank — Unsuccessful Fastag recharge

I attempted a recharge of Rs.1500 to my FASTAG account through my Axis debit card. The money has been debited from my account but no recharge has been done.

The Axis Bank is providing one of the WORST FAST TAG Services. No one should use it. On 11th February 2021 my Fast Tag Account was Double Debited by R110 cash and Rs.110 to my Fast Tag Account at 10.25 AM on Mumbai Nashik Expressway at Arjunali Toll. Then Rs.25 debited to my Fast Tag Account being Adjustment on 16th February 2021. Since 9th February 2021 I was not able to Recharge my Account of MH 47 AB 9377 ([protected]) on 18th February 2021, even though I have Fast Tag with low balance I have to pay double Toll Rs.220 at Ghoti on Mumbai Nashik Expressway. Apart from this I have to wait in 2KM que. In spite of sending mails and complaints on Helpline even after one month neither my Fast Tag a/c is credited by Rs.245 nor still I am able to Recharge my Fast Tag Account. The amount is small bu the Volume is very big thus daily Crores of Rupees on account of Double Debit Goes the Rough Toll Operators Account. If the Bank penalize the Toll Operators for such Double or Unauthorized Debits then they will not do such malpractices.
