Axis Fastag — Axis Bank Fastag Double Toll Deduction

My Wallet has been doubly Deducted at Toll plaza . On 26 Dec2021 when I was going from Kullu to Manali the amount was debited at toll plaza but after two days a manually transaction was done saying a message as adjustment entry.
I Spoke to CALL CENTER, they told me that the amount will be refunded between 1 week but none of them contacted or amount refund was done by them.
