i purchased two azure air conditioners one window air condition on 27.6.2013 from baba jee enterprice, shop no. 4 shiv mandir, titar pur, tarore garden, metro station pillar no. 436, new delhi -27. and other split air conditioner on 7.7.2013, with one one year warranty from the same shopkeeper. both the air conditioners are not working for which the complain was longed on 6.5.2014. the person from the azure company visited and and made the air conditions run but the moment he left both the machines stopped working,
again the complaint was made on 5.6.2014 the complaint no. was zne 050209 and zne 050210 to ms. alpna and mr. aman deep respectively. ever since we have been making a complaint to the two persons, we have not received any responce from the company. contentiously they have been making a false statement that some body shall definitely make the visit. till today no body have visited our premises. the cell no. of ms. alpna being [protected] and the cell no. of mr aman deep is [protected].
