Dear sir,
I have purchased an AZURE split air conditioner from COSMOS(INDIA), E-769, Kamla Nagar, Agra, on 22/4/2012, invoice no. 061.
The unit is not working properly since day one and inspite of constant complaints and reminders no action is being taken by the dealer.
The company is not responding on the mail id, as well as the telephone number provided.
Problems in the unit are:
1.tripping during the day time only after 5min working, most of the time it trips as started.
2. its consuming more energy as it should as per the rating.
3. cooling is not even 50% of what it should provide.
4. even the remote control was defective which they changed after 3months.
Now, the defect of the unit is very clear to the dealer also but they are trying to avoid the matter and dont respond to us.
After 10 reminders they come and check the unit for 5mins and then go saying that now it will work.
please do look into the matter, and provide us with some workable procedure.
