B.e.s.t. Undertaking — Amount not credited

I paid Rs.2270/- using the Paytm App on Oct 26th and got confirmation of payment and amount has been deducted.
But when I check the app this consumer number is not showing the credit. A message says "bill payment appears to be in process".

This has gone on for few days now.

Kindly verify if you got credit.
