B. E. S. T. Undertaking — bus 57 - very infrequent

Address:NM Joshi Marg, 402, 400013

Bus no. 57 is supposed to be going every 20 minutes but in reality only 1 bus per hour is available. Why is this bus so late/infrequent. This happens everyday. The bus is also never on time. Please fix this. Because of this when the bus arrives it too full with no space to stand. Kindly speak to the drivers and ask them to comply to the proper bus timings.

This driver is old person, he is driving bus like he doesn't want to reach kurla at all this is second instance of this same bus in last one week
He is on duty but we have to reach can't this be explain to them
He is allowing all buses and vehicles to pass
