B. E. S. T. Undertaking — Complaint regarding misbehaviour of ticket conductor and ticket checker of best bus no : 441 | |||
To, The Best Bus consumer complaint department, I am Kishnendra Kumar Prasad and the incident happened with me today and i came to know that Best Bus Ticket Conductor and Ticket Checker dont have manner to talk with the passenger. This incident happened with me when I was travelling by Best Bus no : 441 from Goregaon Virwaani Bus Stop to Saidham Kandivali Bus Stop. As I was not well and having problem of epilepsy I got into the Bus and sat at the front seat of the Bus . And waited for the ticket conductor to give me a ticket. As I was not well and I was not able to talk properly and my body and head was shivering . When the ticket conductor came I just asked him to give me a ticket for Saidham Kandivali Bus Stop but then ticket checker came and The ticket conductor told me that Ki abhi ticket nahin dunga humare saahab aa gaay hai I was not able to talk properly as I am a epileptic patient . He told me that i have to pay fine but as I was paying for a ticket then why they have told me to pay fine. I was not well I also told ticket checker and ticket conductor that I am a epileptic patient then seeing my condition also they told me aisa toh sab karte hain . Ticket checker told me sab aisey hi acting karte hain jab pakdhe jaate hain. I was not able to pronounce my name also . I showed them my medicines then the ticket checker told Aisey toh sab hi medicines rakhte hain. I showed my company health card on which its meintioned that I am having fits (Epilepsy) but then also So is this the way best conductors, ticket checkers are that they dont know how to talk with a passenger who not in condition to talk also. Shame on all Best Bus Employees . How these best give jobs to such misbehaviour peoples. And In that condition also I paid the extra charge from virvaani to Saidham to ticket checker but they didnt shaw my condition. Was this information helpful? | |||

I don't have electricity since afternoon 2.30pm cause some BEST people removed it. Even the person who came around 7pm couldn't fix the problem and I m left without electricity . customer no.[protected]*6 Complaint no. 2319637
