Babyoye — Account debited but order not placed | |||
Hi team, I tried to purchase a backpack - "ollington st. Collection: hard top school bag - honeybee" and placed an order through my credit card on babyoye.com on 30-mar-2016. On entering the card details and secure pin, a blank page was displayed. I checked with my bank and as per them rs. 529 was deducted from my card and paid to babyoye. I mailed them twice to initiate the refund as the order did not go through but they did not respond at all. Their customer care # is never reachable. Did not expect such thing from big giant like babyoye, owned by mahindra. The above transaction was carried out at 6:40 pm ist on 30-march-2016. Please help me in resolving the issue.
