Hi, i travelled from patna to bengaluru on 1st april 2019, and i didn't get my check-in baggage at bengaluru airport. When i asked the help desk they asked me to register a complaint and said that they will send my luggage at my residence within 24 hours. It have been more than 24hours but they didn't send it. I tried calling them but i didn't get any response. I had important documents and money in my baggage. I want my baggage at any cost.
