I have new car aged 1.5 Years, First Year own damage & Third Party Insurance booked with ICICI. For 2nd year I bought Own Damage Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz still 3rd party insurance maintain with ICICI. While purchasing the policy from Bajaj, I have been confirmed by Insurance Agent it is Bumper to Bumper (B2B) with full coverage (Including Add-on).
But when I went to showroom to fix own damage issue in my car and raised for claim, I have got around only 55%. When I revert back to agent they are complaining each other and left me alone without any help in this matter and I had to paid remaining 45% amount.
Will I get balance refund? And can I get B2B updated policy for rest of the year?
