super saver policy no. 02732228071, misguded by the executive from bajaj allianz, when i am willing to surrender the policy and get rid of the hazzles. i am being charged 50% as deduction charges, . down right cheating. when i have paid 90000 for 3yrs the company wants me to pay 47000 only, where as the term promised by the official was 5yrs but stated as 10yrs in the policy and he is not reachable and none would like to resolve, since 5th of sept 2014 i had lodged a complaint. ridiculous response. I have had auto insurance with Bajaj for several years. Yesterday I renewed my auto insurance online on their website. Policy # OG-15-1203-1801-00004459. There was a question on the online form if I would like to get the hard copy of the insurance mailed to a different communication address (than the insured address). I provided another address since I have two homes. After making the payment online, they sent me a soft copy of the insurance on which I noticed that my insured address (which is in Chandigarh) was changed as well as the communication address. Dear sir, I am a owner of bajaj chetak scooter . its manufacturing date is 1997. I have got it re registered and got the registration date valid extended till 2019 ( normally life is only for 15 yrs). Now I would like to get the vehicle insured (third party ) because it is mandatory for a vehicle to have insurance if its to be used on road. (Up 65 an 4562) there was a man on motorcycle in varanasi he was driving recklessly with speed of 70km/hr firstly he hitted one bicycle and me (I was walking on the footpath ) i got injured on my right leg. I shouted and he stopped and i asked him is this the way to drive he told my father is in press and no one can do anything. And he was also drunk thereby voilating the traffic laws. Kindly punish him and charge him so that he does not create any mishap or accident.

There has been open cheating from your end. When we open Citibank Salary account we are offered this suvidha scheme promising wonders. But when we surrender, forget about any benefits.. We are not even privileged to get our money back, in turn our principal money is deducted. I know that you have all the clauses on earth mentioned but opening the salary account is minimum time procedure where we cannot read your between the lines cheating. This is very unfair. I am going to surrender it right away. And bring it up in our town hall meeting at organization level so that nobody opts for this any more....

In five years I have paid four premium in total 12 lacs. After 5 yrs I have received 1181219.00. Bajaj Allianz does not give any account details, particularly what are the premiums they have received on what date. I am sharing this to make people aware of the fraud and irresponsible behaviour done by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. Bajaj Allianz offered me a “Zero Depreciation Policy-Motor Car Insurance” in October 2013. I paid them the requested premium of INR14500 and asked them to proceed. I received the policy papers only after 3 reminders sent to them and 30 days after the policy start date.
