I have purchased extended warranty for my AC from Bajaj Allianz (EWOC153170000165) and made a complaint that my AC is not working via complaint number "OC171101660900003163" on 30th July.

Since then I am chasing the customer care department for its resolution. I have been told continuously that complaint is still "in progress" and I will be provided with resolution.

I have been given numbers of various persons, Mr Harmeet(7042627722), Mr Vishal(7709224720), Mr Bhuivnesh (RM-9899468105), Mrs Rita Franco(email).

Since then I am trying to call all above...

We have taken policy from the bajaj allianz life insurance company on year 2008. But both the policies admin charges has charged by the company wrongly.

For policy no 0089144880, premium 10000

As per company policy administration charge will be charged only for first five policy years at the rate as follows:

If single premium is less than rs.25, 000, then policy administration charge is rs. 300 p. A. Inflating at 5% p. A.

My car insurance was due for renewal on july 25, 2016. I issued the cheque a week before july 25, 2016 and the amount was debited on july 25, 2016. However, i still have not received cover note or a policy till date.

When i reached out to the agent, he put me to one mr. Manjunath at the office of bajaj allianz, rajajinagar, bangalore. He assured to call back and never called. He has now started disconnecting my calls.

I am not able to take my car out as i do not have the policy.

I have taken home loan from Bajaj Finserv, Loan will granted only if we take insurance from Bajaj Allianz, I close loan from Baja Finserv in 18 Months, 15 years loan tenure, 4.45 Lakhs insurance amount, cancellation amount paid to me is 1.58 Lakhs. I have been paying premium for sarva shakti suraksha, 1500 evey month from 2012 september to august 2016. I was informed initially by agent that i can surrender my policy after 4 years and i would get back along with the interest.
When i called to the customer care, enquiring about my fund details they are saying i would get only aroundrs 60, 000 where as i have paid premium about rs 71998 till now.

I have purchase samsung 32 inch led tv on bajaj finance emi with proposal of extended warranty.
Now one month ago my tv is not working.
From last one month i have given my tv in repairs to bajaj service centre.
Now service provide and both bajaj representative is saying that part is not available and we have to wait for some time.
Today it was last day given to me that if your complaint is not resolved till 9th we will go for commercial settlement.

Product name: policy invest plus premier
Term: 20 years.

We were told when buying the insurance product that the policy is linked to markets and it can be withdrawn after 5 years without any charges.

Last week i had been to the office and they are saying the policy is not linked to market and there is penalty for withdrawing the policy. The penalty is around rs. 12000 plus service tax. I decided to close since the company had mislead in buying the product and now had to pay penalty for closure after 5 years term. Received less than the invested amount. Felt betrayed...

I got a call from bajaj allianz customer care (02266010300) at 09:34 am on 8th august 2016 and the guy literally started abusing and was using bad language for the recovery of payment. I have a proof of call recording, attached for your reference

I want you guys to take a stringent action on that guy. As his language was very disturbing.

I had purchased a policy for an annual premium for one lakh rupees. Second premium got paid after 4 months once policy was lapsed only amount was collected no supporting documents were collected from me. During final premium i was told policy lapsed can't help me. Sales team telling me i can revoke my policy customer care team says no. My money gone for a toss such a mental turmoil....
