I have been contacting the Bajaj Allianz Insurance company in chennai to renew my car insurance which is about to expiry on Aug 05 2015, but still i haven't received a quote or courtesy call to inform me on any updates. I have contacted them both on email and called to chennai headoffice neither the customer service nor insurance agent have replied with steps to renew my insurance. Hi, My Father has taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy on the name of my Mother through The KDCC bank and we have been paying premium for the same @10, 000 per year for the past 5 years. Now this policy is near to maturity Date (Maturity Date is 28-08-2015). So we called up to the Bajaj Allianz Customer Care to get the detail about the fund value and maturity value of the policy. As mentioned already, we had paid a premium of Rs. 10, 000 for 5 year. So it comes around 50, 000/- Rs. Now since we called Bajaj Allianz Customer Care to know Maturity Value on Maturity Date. The period of insurance mentioned in the policy 'OG-15-2401-1801-00007866' is incorrect. The Policy was issued by your representative from Saini Hyundai - Uluberia, Kolkata. Policy issued on 15th June 2015, Period of Insurance - 19th June'14 to 18th June'15. Despite repeated reminders to Mr Amir Singh (9831563015) & Ms Madhumita Dhar thru phone & email, I have rec'd the wrong policy via courier 2 times at my residence address. I was offered this insurance policy on opening a salary account with citibank with the assurance that I will get a good return and the policy can be withdrawn anytime after 3 years without any loss or deductions. I have taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy through CITIBANK and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 59 months. To be my surprise, I get to know from your customer support that I paid for 53 months only. How it is possible? Till now I have paid 88, 500/- INR and they are telling my account value as 76, 000/- INR. Bajaj Allianz is a example of fraud company. These people are sucking blood of freshers by producing false information at policy commencement. Please help me to get my actual amount, I am not asking for the interest....

Dear Sir/Madam, I have renewed my BajajAllianz Motor Policy by issuing a check for an amount of RS/18000. BajajAllianz have deducted the amount on May-23-2015. When i ask them for policy cover note after my money have been deducted, their representative asked me for extra amount to be paid as the person who contacted me has put NCB ( I already mentioned that i have made a claim last year).
