[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — cancellation of policy product and taking refund of the assured amount | |||||
Hi i would like to draw your kind attention to a very serious situation here. I have been complaining about my television from last month. They have repaired the television but again and again it was crashing due to different different problems within 2 to 4 days. Don't know what they have repaired if it's crashing again and again. They have been telling us they have fully repaired some times have also changed the parts. But the television didn't worked till a week it always been in the service centre more than it has been with us. It's been crashing since july till now and the problem was the different every after 4 days. Now they've been calling us and telling us that now the tv won't be repaired and telling us you can have your deducted amount. And the so called engineer don't know how to speak with the customer disrespecting saying non sense to questions asked. I have asked them to wait till monday 6th november 2016. But they told us it's not possible to wait till monday. So i find it not ethical and would like to request to see into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
