[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — car insurance ncb transfer

Called the call centre today to transfer my ncb to my new car. As i need a nob certificate. The executive either does not know want is the procedure properly or purposely, she kept telling me only that i need to submit sell certificate, to which i asked her want is that,?
See said only after the car is sold i will be able to do so. I also asked her that can i even provide a affidavit stating that i am selling my old car. Only once it is sold will be able to provide rc copy in new name.
Kept asking her if i could speak to her senior or some other executive. She did not put me online to any one else. Also told her i shall buy a policy with bajaj alliance itself so that they are aware of the authencity of tranfer. She instead asked my to contact a branch and gave me the contact details of kalyan branch,. I called up the branch but the person there too did not know anything, just asked me to contact another pune no.
My aunt purchased a new car and had just to sign a form with her insurance ncb transfer.
Don't know how to get my ncb transferred to new car policy
