I have bought a second hand car and got the RC and insurance transferred from the previous owner. After which the insurance was set to expire on 8-sep-2021.
Bajaj Allianz customer care had called me and told me to pay the amount for a link which they sent for the renewal of the insurance, which I did.
It's been 3 weeks now, I did not receive the renewed insurance. I have called Bajaj Allianz numerous times and dropped multiple emails highlighting the issue. Nothing is solved till date.
I'm just asking for the refund of the amount I paid for it's renewal as my insurance is expired today. Was this information helpful? |
I have been following for 7 days they have not issued a new renewed policy copy.
As my old policy is expired yesterday, I have asked for refund.
Will wait till Monday and file consumer complaint.
