My policy no : [protected], yet to receive cashback after payment of 4yrs of policy premium on time. When contacted office at kollam, kerala - they asked to provide bank details... I linked my branch details on feb12th and they promised tht money would be coming to my account within 10 days... But 20 days passed, i am yet to receive cash back in my account
