Bajaj Allianz — Cheating by your Agent to a senior citizen Policy No. [protected] and [protected] by assuring full return if Premium for 2 years is

Agent of Bajaj Allianze has sold your Insurance No.[protected] & [protected] to my father-in-law who is 83 years old staying at Memari, West Bengal by assuring him full return with interest if he will pay at least two premia. Now I found that what your agent has promised is fake. The agent has given the policy copy after laps of 6 month from the date of issue of the policy. My father-in-law already paid Rs.80, 000/- and Rs.40, 000/- respectively for the above two policies. The policy has been taken in the name of daughter of my father-in-law. They are not able to continue the same policy for such a long period. Please let us know the remedy for the same. We request you to take a strict measure against said agent immediately.
