Bajaj Allianz — Claim settlement

Hi,

My policy no. Is "og[protected]" i have met with an accident on 18-05-16 and i made my claim on[protected]Claim no. Oc[protected].
All the details regarding the accident is explained by me to the customer care executive who registered my claim. On the same day appointed surveyor (Rajeev batra) visited to survey my car and the next day i am informed by the workshop that the surveyor said he will check photos of the previous policy then let them know what can be done. After two days of calling an he is not answering my call i received call from the workshop that rajeev is saying he can only approve repairs of the front side (Only miner dents) then i called him explaining that some truck hit my car from rear right side then how can you only approve front side because the major damage is on the rear he didn't listen to me.

Then i talked with his senior (Pawan rajput) he gave me an amazing theory that how the accident happend "front car stopped and you hit it from behind thats how you got your front side damge which we can repair for you" then i asked how you can say that you are not there when it happend he said we know everything. Then i asked him can you tell me how my car damaged from behind if you know everything he said it might happend before that and we can not repair that. Then he gave me another phone no. After talking to four person (From bajaj rajeev, pawan, pramod and gurdeep) and one week they agreed on repairing front and side of the car but not the main area where the real damage is happend and i have paid 2000 for cabs till that day so i said ok repair what you can now i just want my car back. Now the problem is that they want me to sign a paper which says that i am satisfied with there service (Which i am not) and if i don't do that they will not give me cashless facility.

And i also want to know that if they are not going to approve my claim then why they say we will check the photo then let you know it took 4 day just to check the photo and then they said you will get only front side (Why whats there in the photo i also want to see that)

Now its the 12th day and i have spent 4500 for cab and i will get my car on 13-06-16 and i have to pay all the repair charge by my self because bajaj will not pay the insurance amount until i sign the satisfaction form. This is how they blackmail costumer if you are not satisfied whith there service.

After paying 11000 for zero dep. Policy this is what i get now tell me how can i sign a paper which say i am satisfied when i am not.

Hi,

Yesterday I have recieved a call from Mr. Gurdeep (Bajaj Allianz). I have explained him everything. Then he said he will get back to me in few min. But its been 24 hr. and no one has contacted me regarding my complaint. This is the way BAJAJ treats its costumers? My biggest Problem is this only they do not give update or pick calls so I am not going to call any one from now onwards.

After 16 days my car still in the workshop. I am paying for cabs and there is no solution. Please let me know if you are interestied in entertaining me or not.

Need response ASAP.

Hi,

On 10th june i filed a complaint against the settlement of my claim. I received call from Mr. Gurdeep on 13th june he said he will call me in few min. after checking with the surveyor(Mr.Rajeev Batra)and the case. It's been 3 days and no one has contacted me for any update.

How much time it's take to talk a person who's sitting right in front of you??

IT'S BEEN 18 DAYS AND MY CAR STILL IN THE WORKSHOP. Now who is going to pay for the cabs.
