[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Claim settlement. More than 2 years and still not settled | |||||
I had a travel insurance and was hospitalized in that period. I have submitted the claim two years ago and still no progress. They said all documentation is done and just payment of the deductible is remaining. After payment of deductible they say pending documentation. Very rude customer care rep Ms. Karthika.
