Bajaj Allianz — Claims wrongly rejected without providing any justification | |||||
I am Krunal Shah. I had bought Bajaj allianz Family Flotter Health Insurance on Jan 23, 2015, thinking that it will help me cover my medical expenses during the times of emergency and hospitalization. But I was totally wrong !! My wife was diagnosed with Vasovagul Syncope on July 11, 2015 and was admitted in hospital ICU for 4 days. I had claimed expenses for hospitalization on July 30 with all the required documents, bills and necessary doctors certificate. My Policy No: OG[protected]-00001250 Claim No: OC[protected]-00001315 Ever since I submitted my claim, I have been receiving some or the other deficiency letter. For over 3 months now, I kept complying to their requirements and kept providing all the additional documents and certificates. Almost felt like begging for my claim amount. And then on now Oct 12, I have received an SMS, not even a proper email, mentioning that my claim is inadmissible. There is no reason, no explanation provided for the rejection. I feel devastated, cheated and disgusted with a such a behavior of a company on whom we rely to help us during difficult times. can you guys please because customer care people and call centre are of no use, since they do go beyond standard responses.
