We have home insurance policy no. Og[protected]-00000260 of content insurance. As soon as we paid premium, we have not yet received broucher of terms and conditions we availed in policy. The terms told us at the time of purchase seems different when we proceed for any claim against our home content.
We have numerous claims lodged but single hasn't been approved. Sometimes the claim department of policy mr gautam say that it doesn't cover battery dead of laptop. We had complaint regarding our led motherboard but he refused to settle claim. This time i have lost my mobile phone, but some excuses trouble us everytime and finally we find no use to have home insurance policy so far.
We request you that we no more want to continue this policy as it is just creating troublesome excuses by same department, making fool of policyholders.
Kindly refund us our policy premium amount. We have forwarded one copy of complaint to irda. It is second time that we have so much bad experience of bajaj allianz company with both health insurance and home insurance.
