[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — complaining about service and help | |||||
Hi, This is regarding the experience i faced with bajaj allianz, this seems to worst company in service providing i ever seen in my life. I purchased the policy through a agent from policy bazaar. At that time i provided the credit card details. Now i want to change the mode of payment. Customer care said that i need to go to service center for this. There was no any service centre at the address provided by customer care executive. I tried to search the centre from "life assist" app provided by bajaj. I visit multiple adresses but not able to find the service centre. All the address i visit were wrong. I also contacted on telephone no. Provided by customer care and app. But not response from the other side. Bajaj allianz is the worst then worst, i ever seen in my life. This doesn't care about its customer. I will never recommend it to anyone, even i will convince him not to go with bajaj. Thanks Bhanu Was this information helpful? | |||||
