[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — ecs & online web portal is not working for my policy no : [protected] | |
I would like to bring the issue to your notice as i couldn't able to resolve through customer-care as it is so pathetic in giving proper response. There is no way to reach and get response from customer service neither through phone nor email, such an irresponsible company to look after their customers. I have been sending mail since month and didn't receive any proper response or resolution. Registered issue nos: 70439942, 70595180, 70632283, 71099715. I have sent another email 3 days ago and did not even received any acknowledgement this time. Firstly, my auto debit (Ecs) is not working since dec 2017. I made manual payment for the month of december and when i asked for customer care, they said it was technical error and will debit in january for my due date. But as due is already passed, the amount is not debited from the account (It is sufficient funds in it). I would like to know the reason about it. If it does not work for future premiums then i would like to change the frequency of premium payments from monthly to yearly and make one time payment for each year. Second, my online account on https://www.bajajallianzlife.com/ is not showing my policy details and not allowing me to see my account statements or make payments online. Please find attachments for this. I would like to know what is the current fund value of my policy, can you email my policy account statement as i could not able to find it.
