[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — extended warranty insurance | |||
I had purchased phillips 40 inch led hd tv and done extend warranty with baja allianz from the date of purchase.in the insurance paper it was clearly written that damage or lose is also covered in the insurance. The tv got accidentally damaged even after taking proper care. Tv has a very poor design by the manufacturer to put on stand it on top of a table. As a result the tv's led panel was broken. I filed a claim no: oc[protected]-00000904 against my policy no: og[protected]-00035456. Philips service center people came to my house and charged me rs500. They inspect and later denied to provide service to fix it. No money was provided to repair or replace the led panel. I took this forwarded to grievance department as customer support was simply denying the claim showing a cause "physical damage" is not covered.in fact in policy document "physica damage" was never mentioned, instead "damage or lose" was repeatedly mention to be covered. I did not get my service charge rs500 back not my claim money from bajaj allianz, nor they repaired my tv. Was this information helpful? | |||
