[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Extended warranty - No progress on complaint | |||
I have purchased extended warranty for my AC from Bajaj Allianz (EWOC[protected] and made a complaint that my AC is not working via complaint number "OC[protected]" on 30th July. Since then I am chasing the customer care department for its resolution. I have been told continuously that complaint is still "in progress" and I will be provided with resolution. I have been given numbers of various persons, Mr Harmeet([protected]), Mr Vishal([protected]), Mr Bhuivnesh (RM-[protected]), Mrs Rita Franco(email). Since then I am trying to call all above concerned persons but their phones are always switched off. I have also sent a written request to Mrs Rita and to customer care in this regards. I called the technician department[protected] and I was quite shocked to learned that my complaint is already been closed on 4th August and seems like customer care people are making fool out of me by providing in-correct status every week. After lots of chase, finally a technician visited my home on 13th August and told me that they require a fix on PCB board. He took the board and told me that the repair will be done in 2-3 days. However since then, neither the repaired board came, nor technician is picking up the phone (Mr Hardeep). Upon calling the claims department, for almost 15 minutes I am hearing "All are technicians are busy, please hold the line" and then someone picks up the phone and immediately disconnects. I have also made a written complaint on www.core.nic.in (Government addressable system) with complaint ID - 247195.3.2016 May I request you to please look into this matter and help me in getting this resolved ASAP.
