[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — extended warranty — no service from bajaj even after 19th days | |||
I bought panasonic ac along with extended warranty from bajaj allainz for three years. First two year warranty was from panasonic only. Bajaj allainz warranty was after panasonic. I logged one complaint (#oc[protected] on 1st april at 11:00am to bajaj allianz. Their engineer visited on 4th april. After that there was no update. I followed-up with their support team till 16th april and there was no update. On 18th april i wrote a mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv. Inbajaj to cancel the policy as they are not able to provide the service. I got the response that policy cannot be cancelled but they have not tried to answer that what is happening to my complaint. Today is 19th april and my issue is still open. Never buy any product from bajaj as they are not have any intention to provide service.
