Had received call from one of your agent called n later I came to know it was fraud call n detail about policy is wrong and I had already paid 35000rs for year had paid for policy last year...
But when I came to know the details about the policy is wrong and it was fraud call and I'm really was not satisfied about this when I came to know after 2 month n realised to rework on it n needed help about this n called ur customer care n also visited to near by office in mira road but no one helped or gave positive suggestion for my problem...
[protected] its my old policy number which I took on 24/11/09 n surrendered last year for some financial problem and some time I got call from ur agent Ms smita... [protected] its her contact number she called regarding my policy which I surrendered. BT I didn't realised it was fraud call...
So if possible help me out
