We have taken extended warranty from bajaj, in april we logged complaint, they could not repair the pcb and asked us to get this replaced from samsung & they will refund that pcb cost. We submitted all document, called several times but still not received refund.

Post pcb change also the ac is not functional, we logged ticket again they fix the gas leakage and refilled the gas, within a week it again stooped the cooling. They said it is dust issue, we called samsung authorised engineer and found gas leakage still not fixed. We are struggling from april all major summer months have gone without ac & lot of mental harassment from bajaj. Countless calls but no response or accountability.
We request for the complete unit replacement if they can't fix it moreover the compensation for this delay of 03 months. They left us to struggle in summer in delhi inspite of having extended warranty.
