[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company — Renewal of car insurance

My car insurance was due for renewal on july 25, 2016. I issued the cheque a week before july 25, 2016 and the amount was debited on july 25, 2016. However, i still have not received cover note or a policy till date.

When i reached out to the agent, he put me to one mr. Manjunath at the office of bajaj allianz, rajajinagar, bangalore. He assured to call back and never called. He has now started disconnecting my calls.

I am not able to take my car out as i do not have the policy.

This is utter negligence on part of the people at bajaj allianze and if this is the kind of service expected from bajaj, better go to other companies for insurance.

I have been constantly calling the office and i do not get any response. I have no clue on what could be the issue.

I have attempted many a times to discuss the issue, but no response.

I may have to file a police complaint against the company for misusing the funds.
