Bajaj Allianz General Insurance — Delay in approving the claim and no information provided !!

Dear Sir, On 19 the May, 2015, I met with an accident and Hyundai EON car which is insured with Bajaj Allianz (Policy Number) needed a repair. Upon informing the Hyundai Customer care, I was directed to Baltic Hyundai Faridabad. The supervisor at Baltic got all the detail filled by me. He did not file a claim in Bajaj til 20th May and when asked on 21st May for how long is it going for them to repair and return back, he said he has already informed insurance agency. In a week time, upon calling the workshop, I got to know that the claim have been approved and I was to send them an undertaking which I did immediately on 26th may. Now even after one month, work shop was not in condition to get the necessary work done. I had been calling them every alternate day. First f some Mr. Hemant was looking my case, then he left the job and Mr. Raj Kumar started taking care of the same who had no clue what to tell me. These people were just bying days and weeks and due to unavailability of vehicle I lost my respectable Job. I informed even this to them and pleaded them to give my vehicle fast. then they told me that insurance company has sent my case for "Investigation" and they cant do the work until they have a go ahead from insurance company. It took further one month to get so called investigation completed from insurance company. My question is this how come the case was approved, was again sent for investigation? Was it not a intentional act not to pass the claim and disburse. Why had insurance company not done full proof investigation when the claim was filed? Why another investigation after a month? Baltic hyundai turned out to be the worst work shop that may exist in any customer's dream. they did not have any clue of whats happening. When giving them a call, I used to listen reply" Sir hum kya kar sakte hain? Sir, Hum kaise bata sakte hain ki kitne din me milega? Then for one month it was always Friday when the promised to give me my vehicle. So I was promised 4 times and then was handed over after 2.5 months of agony. All miscellaneous articles lying in the car is missing and people responsible there have no clues. I was working on a senior position in SSIPL Retail Ltd and expect either of the party to pay me 1 year salary as a compensation of mental harassment as well as losing the job. I want Baltic Hyundai to refund the entire cost of repairing as their service was a night mare for me. My Car is not working properly but I still dread to give them for repair. Hi,

I received a call from [protected] by Mr Bhattacharya, Bajaj Allianz as they want to settle the case and they are transferring my entire amount in to my bank account. They asked me to give them a call when I reach ATM, but when I reached ATM, I found the number switched off.

I seriously do not know what they are trying to do or is it the culture to harass the customer.
