Complaint raised on 5 th October in consumer complaint, i received one reply from Bajaj Allianz company, my issue not solved, again this company is dragging this issue, please help me in resolving this problem and get my money refunded as soon as possible

Updated by Shivaprasad3330 Again dragging for refund, customer care people postponing every time, he is telling, I would request you to wait for 24-48 hours you will receive a revert within 24-48 hours. But I'm waiting almost 10 to 15 days no revert from the company. Please help me to resolve this issue.
