[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance — Motor Claim got declined after completion of repair

Hello Team, I would like to inform you about the problem which I faced with Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance during claim settlement. I had raised a claim OC[protected] for damage of my car (Rear Bumper and Diggy Door) after that I had given my car to Bajaj Allianz approved workshop for repair. After this the survey was conducted by the surveyor Sameer Sunil Raut Contact Number: [protected] in which he had called me and told that my claim has been approved. Also he had provided go ahead to the workshop for proceeding with the repair work. Next day I have got a call from surveyor that now my claim has got rejected because the damage which he can see on the diggy door was there when there was a previous claim made. Actually I had raised a claim for new damages which are occurred recently at the same location. Also there is a new damage on the back bumper of my car which can be seen clearly. Now my question is why your surveyor is informing me this after completion of the repair work whereas all these things has to be completed while doing the survey then I would have decided whether I can go ahead with the same or not. Now my car is standing in the Workshop since Bajaj Allianz is denying for the payment. I need update on questions: Why my claim was approved for the repair work when there was a doubt to the surveyor? Why Bajaj Allianz surveyor is asking me to pay the amount for the work which was approved by him without my knowledge?? Also when I had asked Sameer to provide his manager number then he told me he is the only responsible person for this. Also he told he is going to take a legal action against me. This guy is threatening me to hide his mistake and also he had given me options like to refit the old bumper and asked me to pay the amount for Diggy door repaint. Now I want you to take appropriate action on this issue. Please let me know in case you need any further information on this.
