[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — gross irregularities in payment and misconduct with illegal process | |||
Surrendered my traditional plan after 5 times attempt, promised to pay me the amount of 1.80 lakhs as net surrendered amount but have received 1.66 lakhs. On enqury customer care sites excuse of system failure and wrong receipt handed. The timeline never maintained escalation matrix never works. Customer care is a bunch of jokers who keep on validating details and still fail to identify aadhar card number which was submitted during surrender.
