Health guard-individual policy og[protected]-00000155 benni thomas oc[protected]-00008174 30/10/2017 0 closed I am holiding above insurance for me and my family since 2010.in 2017 i had a stroke and hospitalized for a week time. Since the particular hospital is not in the cash less list of bajaj allianze, i made a claim after words for rs. 50k + along with complete investigation reports and discharge summery.
