My insurance claim was approved by Bajaj Allianz. I already paid deductible amount that I am responsible in January 2023. Still Bajaj Allianz has not processed the remaining payment to hospital. The hospital is sending me 3rd party action notices for collection every two weeks. I called Bajaj insurance multiple times but still no satisfactory response. Please expedite the payment process.
