Sir, Wuith due respect I hereby inform yoy that my Car No. HR26BF4583 is insured through M/s Maruti vide Bajab Allianze Insurance Co., vide their policy No. OG[protected]-00018213 dt. 8.11.2013. On 4.2.2014 I have handed over my Car to M/s Pasco Automobiles, Gurgaon for cashless repair. But due to wrong information submitted by the officers of M/s Pasco Automobile in claim form. Due to which M/s Bajaj Allianze refused to pass our claim. I have sent numbers of emails to M/s Pasco Automobile, Gurgaon and M/s Bajaj Allianz Insurance company but all in vain.
