Bajaj Allianz Insurance — Regarding Group policy payment_Corrupt people

I got call from bajaj executive to purchase policy. He told me if you are not interested for this then with in 15 days you can un-enroll from this and you will get your whole money back (premium amount), after 15 days surrender charges will be deduct. 3th Nov 2013, i asked them to enroll for policy, but the very next day i asked I dont want this policy as i am not seeing great benefit in future. But these people start ignoring me, they are not replying the mails also. One day I got call from one guy that your premium amount is deducted from your account. now Policy will be issue but you can cancel it within 15 days as free look period and you won't be charge anything and you will receive your cheque amount. I did so, I sent my certification copy to them but no response. I called them many time every time they your amount is on way. I got my amount nearly 1200 was expecting 2000 which i paid to them. Now they mailed me You have been charged for surrender fee and all other stuff. But i have canceled my policy next day itself but they didn't hear and even i surrender the policy in free look period Never trust bajaj they are not responsible and corrupt people What the hell is this. I reply to them but till now no response from their end. They are thieves
