[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — irresponsible staff | |||
I have policy [protected] at bo patel nagar kathua & i want to close this policy as i m not in position to run it, for this i visited bo on 28 apr, where they asked me to provide kyc & bank statement. As i m also working i hardly found time to visit, when i visit the bo they told me u havn't stamped bank statement, i told them i can get it signed from bank official but they don't accepted that. Now this is second staturday that is bank holiday. How i can get it stamped. This clearly means that either they dont want to close my policy or they don't want to work. So i request that this complaint should be resolved & please take necessary steps. All these activties effects company reputation. Was this information helpful? | |||
