[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — lg washing machine claim no c[protected] | |||
I have lodged a claim more than three weeks ago. However, the repairs have not been done till done. Overcommit and not to deliver is the way with bajaj. Rafiq came and said it will done within a week. He does not pick up the phone. I was directed to nova services vishal. It is pathetic here. I had to make 25 calls and send multiple messages before i could get a call from him. He is directing me back to rafiq who is thoroughly useless and of no help. I did mistake of going for this policy believing in bajaj name and suffering. Lastly rajaram mane also does not pick up his number. So where do i go Was this information helpful? | |||
