[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd — harassment, unfair and unethical business practices by regional hr team | |||
Dear all, I wish to highlight the unfair & unethical business practices by delhi region hr team. Actually, they are mentally harassing me since past 12 days but not releasing my f&f and even not issuing me the relieving letter. Mr tarun purohit from hr team is talking 45 days process for settlement of f&f however, the actual scenario is totally reverse. Actually, they have released full & final payouts of some employees in 3/4 days in last few weeks/months but in my case they are not willing to pay. Even i had highlighted this matter to top leadership team of bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd but they are also supporting mr tarun purohit. Even the chief people officer mr rubén selvadoray threatened me not to write emails to top management of the company. The entire hr team of the company is mentally harassing me and spoiling the brand image of bajaj group in the market. I request everybody on social platform to come upfront and raise your voice along with me in this journey against malafide practices of hr team of such a big brand.
