[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company — non receipt of death claim proceed against policy no: [protected] of kusum lata

All the required documents for claiming the death claim were submitted at janakpuri new delhi branch on 20.11.2017. With query no: 69587911. All the documents were in order i spent more than 3 hours in completing these requirement at janakpuri branch on 20.11.2017. I was assured that you will get the proceeds with in 2 weeks. Now already 4 weeks has gone, still waiting for the proceed. I made enquiry for 4 times with in the last 15 days i was told that we will reply the status very soon to you. Today i was told that these papers are still lying with us unprocessed. I am unable to understand the management of your company in dealing with the customer at such a critical time when nominee are in bereaved condition instead of helping out your company is harassing & making mockery of customer due to your official negligence.
You are requested to get the matter expedited

That more than 40 days has been lapse after completion of all the relevant document to the satisfaction of the Branch. The death claim payment is still awaited. 10 days has lapsed even after lodging the complaint, payment has not been made & nothing have been heard for with holding the same. Such type of negligence & over delay has become undigestible without any valid reason.

You are once again requested to expedite the matter otherwise I will be compled to seek legal recourse at your cost & responsibility.
