I was an ex employee of Bajaj Allianz life isurance.. I worked as a Asst Sales Manager from 06.07.2006 to 03.11.2007.. my PF account no is MH/34020/021218.. and my emp code: 86234.. I have submitted and sent the relevant documents through DTDC.. but till date i have not received any communication on this, , please do the needful at the earlierst
